The use of laser scanner instrumentation allows to acquire the geometry of places in 360 degrees and to obtain a rapid and accurate survey aimed at producing a detailed point cloud useful for creating a digital twin and for providing 2D graphic outputs, 3D models and BIM. In addition to static laser scanners, Tracciatori also offers mobile laser scanners such as the Leica Pegasus Backpack 2 and the Leica Blk2go, which allow for dynamic mapping of buildings and large outdoor areas. By integrating static laser scanners with the new mobile laser scanning technologies, we can meet customer demands while optimizing timelines and meeting deadlines.

The laser scanner survey allows to operate in different sectors ensuring accuracy and speed during the survey phase, minimizing the presence of operators in the field without interfering with construction activities or production cycles. The 3D point clouds generate a digital model of complex environments such as historic buildings, archaeological sites, industrial plants, urban areas, territories and construction sites.

By processing the obtained data we can provide the client with 2D graphic outputs (plans, elevations, and sections), 3D models (step, dwg, iges, etc.) and 3D BIM models (Building Information Modeling).
